Your journey toward the Center of the Mandala starts with you taking shelter in Kama Dharma. It is the journey of understanding desire as a spiritual practice and a means to fulfill one’s higher purpose.

Kama Dharma (A synthesis of Vedic, Hindu-Tantrik, Buddhist-Tantrik and Indigenous/Animist lineages) centered on the Mother Goddess.

The Religion

The Church of the Mother Goddess

aka The Kaula of Kamarupa or just “The Kaulas”

The Community

A program called the Restoration of Kamarupa Mandala aka Kamarupa Mondolor Punouddhar. It’s a 300-year restoration program of our original Shakta Tantric civilization in the sacred landscape of Kamarupa Mandala. We have built the ‘Church of the Mother Goddess’ to reclaim our identity, our languages, our traditions and our sacred ecology.

The Program

  1. The Dikshita: The Moola-Guru (The Founder/Initiator).
  2. The Mahavidyas: The 10 Sovereign Mothers
  3. The Yoginis/Matrikas/Bhairavas: The 64 Sovereign Dikshitas
  4. The Dakinis/Matrikas/Dakas: The helper-initiates of Dikshitas
  5. The Kamarupis: The Initiated
  6. Sadhaka: The Ready (Highest Grade)
  7. Sevaka: The Practitioner (Middle Grade)
  8. Jigyasu: The Seeker (Entry Grade).
